All the houses are located on the raised ground floor facing the sea, in a very convenient location for your vacation: just a few meters away from the Europa promenade, where you can find 2km of both free beach and various equipped beach establishments, as well as from the center of Vieste, the new marina, and the bus stop.

You will find newly built apartments, some of which have a private outdoor veranda with relaxing seating, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi both inside and outside, a safe, hairdryer, a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, and electric milk frother, a fridge and freezer, a washing machine, a TV in both the bedroom and living area, all equipped with mosquito nets and other comforts and functionalities.

You can arrive by car right in front of the property and then leave it in the RESERVED COVERED parking on the lower floor, leaving the car upon arrival and picking it up at departure, as everything you need is just a stone's throw away.

In the area, you will find various services: a large supermarket, tobacco shop, bar, bakery, pastry shop, pizzeria, restaurant, butcher shop, hairdresser, beautician, but above all, the sea!
The beach is only 100 meters away from our property, where you can find the beach establishment with beach service, including 1 umbrella and two sunbeds for each apartment. The bathing establishment is equipped with a bar, catering service, newsstand, beach volleyball courts, and a playground for children.
